CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please call the salon at 412-819-7141 and leave a detailed message at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments cancelled or no-shows within 24 hrs are subject to a 75% - 100% service cancellation fee depending on your stylist. We do not accept late notices or cancellations via email or social media. A valid credit card is required at time of booking to hold your appointment and will serve as default method of payment for any service cancel fee or no show. Please contact the owner with any concerns or questions.
