This deposit will be seamlessly deducted from your total at checkout. Accepted Payments: Cash, Credit Cards, Visa, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to us. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Under 24 Hours' Notice: Subject to a 55% service charge. No-Shows: Subject to 100% of the scheduled service charge. Emergencies: Please call the salon directly at 412-819-7141 and leave a detailed message at least 24 hours prior. Please note: Cancellations are only accepted via phone, not through email, text, or social media. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 55% service charge. • No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows will require a full deposit to book future appointments. If you have an emergency and cannot make your appointment, please call the salon directly at 412-819-7141 and leave a detailed message at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
